Try for 5 Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 handful spinach
  • Leaves from one bunch celery (or half of one celery stalk works, too)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
 


Serves: 3 - 4

Instructions
Wash your hands with soap and water, then gather all your kitchen gear and ingredients and put them on a clean counter.

  1. Put all ingredients into blender and blend on high until smooth and pour-able, adding more milk to thin if needed.
