Roasted Chickpeas

Serves 4


  • 1 (14 ounce can) chickpeas (Garbanzo beans)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Any other spices you like 


  1. Preheat over to 400 degrees F.
  2. Drain and rinse chickpeas and place them on a paper towel and spread them on a cookie sheet lined with olive oil. 
  3. Sprinkle selected spice on peas and place in oven for 30-40 minutes, until golden brown and crunchy, not soft.
