Join PowerUp at the Grow and Gather Farm at YMCA Camp St. Croix and experience first-hand the day-to-day operations of a working farm!
We’ll learn about the crops and soil, tend the gardens and take care of the animals. You’ll get a chance to discover how flavorful food is when it is grown on the farm by doing some harvesting and taste testing. Plus, you’ll make your own pizzas with the veggies you harvest!
Participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes. Children will need a signed permission form on the day of the event.
$5 per child (recommended for ages 7-12)
