Using the back of a fork on a plate or other flat surface, smash chickpeas until broken up well.
Add smashed chickpeas and all remaining ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined and everything is sticking together.
Using a tablespoon or just your hands, press together and form balls about the size of a tablespoon.
You can eat them right way or chill in the refrigerator for a few hours first. Keep stored in covered container in the refrigerator.
