Turkey Spinach Wrap

  • 1 whole wheat wrap (8 inch)
  • 2 ounces of sliced turkey
  • 2 tablespoons shredded low-fat cheese
  • 3/4 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Serves: 1 

  1. Mix honey and mustard. Spread on whole wheat wrap.
  2. Place turkey, cheese on honey mustard.
  3. Place spinach on top of the cheese. Roll it up and enjoy.
