Silly-Dilly Tzatziki

Ingredients
  • 1 cucumber, washed and seeded
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped into tiny pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dried, or 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
  • Pinch of salt
 


Serves: 8

Instructions
Wash your hands with soap and water, then gather all your kitchen gear and ingredients and put them on a clean counter.

  1. With the help of an adult, chop the cucumber into small pieces.
  2. Combine cucumber with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour (and up to a day).
  4. Serve chilled with veggies or bread.
