Wham-Bam Veggie Slam

  • 32 ounces chicken broth
  • 1-15 ounce can diced tomatoes
  • 1-15 ounce can light red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1-15 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 1/2 cups salsa
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1-13 ounce bag of frozen corn
  • Chopped up fresh carrots or 13 ounce bag of frozen chopped carrots
  • 4 (uncooked) chicken breasts cut into chunks


Wash your hands with soap and water, then gather all your kitchen gear and ingredients and put them on a clean counter.

  1. Combine all ingredients into a crock pot.
  2. Cook for 10 hours on low or 4-6 hours on high.
  3. Serve with shredded cheese.
