Register for this free, one-hour virtual class facilitated by one of our PowerUp Dietitians. We will focus on the importance of fueling teen athletes with the right balance of nutrition and hydration to help improve energy, performance and to grow up healthy. Student athletes, adults of student athletes, coaches and others are invited to attend!
In this class, you will learn how to:


  • Balance nutrition and hydration to improve energy and performance  – on and off the field
  • PowerUp your plate and the importance of the timing of meals and snacks (pre- and post-game)
  • Build your own personalized nutrition plan for the sport(s) you play
  • Find more recipe and meal ideas
