The PowerUp Family 2K is the perfect way to kick-off PowerUp Week, so get your sneakers ready for this out-and-back run/walk on the beautiful Stower Seven Lakes State Trail in Amery, WI! Races chip timed, and open to all kids and families. Strollers and leashed dogs welcome. Race for just $2 per person or $5 per family (discount code "poweruprace").

PowerUp Week is a special time to celebrate with fun ways to eat better, move more, and create strong healthy communities in the St. Croix valley.

Pre-race warm-ups with Chomp start at 9:05 AM!

Location: Stower Seven Lakes State Trail (out-and-back)​
Distance: 2K (1.24 miles)

The first 25 registrants will be entered for a chance to win a PowerUp Prize Pack! 
Register by Saturday April 27th and all youth participants will receive a purple PowerUp cinch bag!

Pick up race bib(s) on the morning of the race at Amery Pavilion/Soo Line Park (bright red roof on pavilion) which is across the street from City Hall, 118 Center St W, Amery, WI 54001.

To avoid lines on race day morning, in advance registration is strongly encouraged!

Certificates will also be given to the 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place overall finishers, both male & female as well as the top male & female in each age group (8 and Under, 9-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+)

Good to Know

• Restrooms available at City Hall.
• Local DJ The Arch-E-Tect will be playing tunes to get everyone pumped up!
• Water and a snack will be available for participants after the race. 
• Photo opportunities with Chomp will be available before and after the race.
• Come to the PowerUp info table for great info, handouts, giveaways, and to enter prize drawings!
